Although I have used my computer almost every day for many years to do routine email, writing the occasional memo or response letter, or download articles of interest, there are many things I don’t know how to do and feel frustrated by. It is also the case that I learn a new way of doing something on my computer which, if I don’t use often, I forget. Sometimes I have called Apple, other times I called my daughters who are very good at using computers, but each call has been a one-time fix, solving that day’s problem but rarely increasing my overall computer skill.

Imagine my delight when Cheyanne mentioned that her business was to help women increase their computer skill! Immediately I made an appointment with her. We solved so many of my computer Issues. In our first hour, I learned so much more than I expected to learn, including the recovery of data from my last computer that I thought was lost.

Cheyanne makes computer learning a joyful experience. She is patient, soft spoken and very knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She fills an important role for people who want to learn more about using their electronic devices in a stress-free setting.

I had a seeming simple issue with scanning on my Canon printer, but could not get it to work…calling Canon was frustrating! Really did not want call those big tech support people either…I found H&HTS which turned out to be perfect! H&HTS got it up and running within the hour…I was so relieved and grateful for the help and reasonable charge…I highly recommend!!!
